The deluxe double room with balcony provided ample space for a couple to enjoy their stay. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, which made us feel appreciated.

Check-in was somewhat confusing since it took place at a different hotel.

Staying here was pleasant, highlighted by the welcoming staff who were super helpful with our late arrival. Plus, we loved the spacious room with a balcony where we could relax, and the location made it easy to explore with our dogs.

In my wife’s opinion, the steep stairs were hard for the kids.

An Unexpected Stay, Yet Memorable

The hotel’s location was a blessing, just a short walk from the vibrant canals and bustling restaurants. The staff greeted us like old friends, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay.

However, the tiny room felt more like a closet, with barely enough space to turn around. To top it all, the steep stairs were a workout we weren't prepared for!

The room I stayed in was pretty small, just enough space for a bed and a chair. There was a fridge and a kettle which was nice, but the bathroom was cramped. The stairs to get there were super steep, which was a bit of a workout! The view from the balcony was a highlight, though. Just be ready for a challenge if you're not great with stairs.

The only highlight was the decent location, placing various attractions within a short walking distance. however, the experience was significantly marred by the extremely steep and narrow stairs, which proved to be hazardous while lugging our bags. Our room, tucked away in another building, was uncomfortably small with noticeable stains on the walls and a lack of adequate showering facilities. each shower left a soaked floor. While I appreciated the taste of the Welsh pastry, it's not enough to outweigh the discomforts experienced during our stay.

Had an amazing time with friends! We visited the Rijksmuseum and explored the vibrant Canal Ring. The location was super convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned daily, and check-in was easy.

We had some minor issues like the shower head not working properly and a dirty duvet, which was a bit disappointing.

It was just a great match for strolling in Amsterdam with very good value for money. The towels and bedding were surprisingly worn and stained, which really affected my stay.

Location is super central, and I found a nice coffee machine available just downstairs! The staff was friendly and fixed our TV remote issue so quickly, I felt taken care of.
